Study on the Optimization of Agricultural Production Waste Recycling Network under the Concept of Green Cycle Development

This study is based on the concept of converting agricultural waste into green new energy, we combine cycle development and relevant theories in modern system engineering to optimize production recycling network. In this paper, optimization network divided two aspects—facility site selection vehicle path planning—with objectives minimization construction operational costs. study, planning problems were unified an model for site-path (LRP) problem was constructed. The results facility location obtained by using simulation data designing genetic algorithm design with characteristics recycling. feasibility operability verified through experiments. research related networks can be used both reduce costs areas progress practical theory reverse logistics areas.
